Job Brief:

Our Customer Advisors take great pride in delivering a fast and efficient customer service experience, while always maintaining the highest standard of customer satisfaction. The ideal applicant will be able to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the organisation’s products and relay that information to customers in an enthusiastic manner. Our Customer Advisors are valued greatly as they contribute in many ways to the company’s overall sales goals, which is why the post holder will be expected to multi-task between various departments in the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a check out in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Account for daily revenue figures
• Provide a fast and efficient customer service while portraying the highest standard of customer satisfaction
• Interact with every customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner to assist in the customer shopping experience
• Ensure goods are displayed and merchandised to company standards - freshness and rotation guidelines
• Maintain a welcoming, easy to navigate, and appealing store
• Work within the organisation’s health and safety policies and practices and report any hazards or incidents immediately
• Comply with company guidelines and procedures
• Comply with relevant legal obligations
